We do not only focus on product inspection but are committed to fundamentally enhancing the level of quality control. While strictly controlling product quality, we also pay close attention to the improvement and implementation of the factory's quality management system, promoting the factory to prevent quality issues from the source, reduce repairing and reprocessing, and avoid project delays and customer losses. According to the needs of our clients, we offer the following four kinds of inspection services:

Ø  Resident Inspection: From raw material, processing, key process control to the inspection of finished and semi-finished products, we supervise the implementation of the quality system, ensuring the completeness and traceability of records, identifying and correcting the issues at early stage, preventing batch quality issues from the source, reducing the reworking risk, and reviewing submitted documents, records, and reports to ensure that the products meet customer requirements.

Ø  Visiting Inspection: We oversee quality system implementation from raw materials, processing and critical process controls to finished and semi-finished product inspection. We ensure complete and traceable records, identify and resolve issues early, prevent batch quality problems at the source, and minimize rework risks. We also review submitted documents, records and reports to verify product compliance with customer requirements.

Ø  Final Inspection: Before product packaging and warehousing, we conduct a comprehensive final inspection, checking the appearance, dimensions, paint, marking, and packaging of the products in accordance with PO requirements, standards, and customer specifications to ensure that the delivered products meet customer requirements.

Ø  Shipment Inspection: We check the integrity of the products, packaging, and label, verify the product model, quantity, and marking against the PO and packing list, and review the required documents.
